Kim Crawford
Kim Crawford is the Executive Officer for the Foothills Home Builders Association and serves as President of the North Carolina Executive Officers Council for NCHBA. She developed a deep connection to the construction industry through her father’s legacy as a local builder for over 40 years and a long-standing, active member of the HBA.
With more than 25 years experience in the building industry, Kim brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry from both the builder and subcontractor perspectives. She has a genuine passion for her role and is deeply committed to the success, growth, and overall well-being of the HBA members and the industry she proudly serves.
In recognition of her leadership, dedication, and service to the home building industry, Kim was honored with the NCHBA Stars Award for the 2026 Executive Officer of the Year.
