Please join us for our January Member Mixer at Hickory Social House on Thursday, January 22nd, from 5:30–7:30 PM. Whether you are a long-time member or have newly joined, this event is designed to connect and strengthen relationships within the Foothills HBA community, in a relaxed, social setting. Brian Frazier serves as the Planning & Development Director for the City of Hickory, where he oversees long-range planning, zoning, land development, and growth management initiatives. With extensive experience guiding public-private collaboration and navigating regulatory processes, Brian brings practical insight into how development moves from concept to approval. He will join the Foothills Home Builders Association for a Lunch & Learn on February 19, sharing updates and best practices relevant to builders, developers, and industry partners.
